Privacy Policy
This page explains how the private browser-based image compressor handles your files. The short version: it does not upload them.
Local processing only
Selected images are decoded, re-encoded, and previewed entirely inside your browser. No image bytes are transmitted to secco.tech servers or any third-party storage owned by us.
No accounts, no profiles
The compressor never asks you to sign in, create a profile, or share an email address. There is no user record to leak.
How processing happens locally
Compression uses WebAssembly codecs and a Web Worker inside your browser tab. Temporary object URLs and memory buffers are created for previews and downloads; closing or refreshing the tab clears them.
Third parties
If Google AdSense or analytics are enabled in the future, those vendors process non-image usage and visitor data according to their own policies. The image bytes you compress are never sent to them.
Your responsibility
You should only compress images you are authorized to handle. Verify the resulting files before publishing them — the tool is provided as-is.
Tab lifecycle
Because all processing is local, closing or refreshing the page clears your selected files and results. Nothing is retained anywhere by us.
